Pre cook the mince in the cooker, just a whistle will do as we just need it semi done.
add some salt
Add a little water to the pressure cooker, not too much just enough to get a whistle and not burn
Once thats done, open up the pressure cooker and add the diced vegetables to it
Once your vegetables are added then add the garam masala
masala powder we added the spices separately
Some haldi powder,
Then pepper, cinnamon, cloves and jeera.
Once your garam masala is added to the dish then close the pressure cooker and keep it on for 15 minutes on a slow fire
open the cooker again and check for water in it. If there’s a lot of water in it left, like we had, then keep it on the fire till most of it evaporates.
add the lime juice, or vinegar
Throw in the chopped coriander leaves
Then break the two bread slices up and add them to the mince, bread is the binding agent.
Once your breads in, its time to put the croquette mixture into the blender.
When it forms a paste, your croquette mixture is just about ready
Add an Egg to the mixture and mix it up well
Then heat some oil in a pan and while that’s getting done its time to make the croquettes
rolling the croquettes in Rawa
take a ball elongate it and roll it in the breadcrumb or rawa, till each croquette is coated evenly.
Make enough croquettes that your pan can handle, and include space that you need to turn them about
Take a small ball, roll it on the board to make it elongated
Then roll it on the crumbs, also flatten both the ends.
Once you have enough croquettes for frying in the first lot put them on the pan
Slow fire is the best to get the croquettes nicely done on all sides.
Turn them once in a while to make sure its getting cooked evenly all around
Once their nicely done on all sides your Beef Croquettes are ready to eaT
serve hot ,enjoy
