Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 Kasmiri Chillies knock of the seeds if necessary

  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Teaspoons Coriander seeds
  • 4 – 5 Pepper corns
  • ½ Teaspoon Haldi powder
  • A ball of tamarind
  • 1 Slit Green Chilly
  • 2-3 Kokam
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Small tomato
  • 1 Small Piece of Ginger

  1. Chop the tomato, onions and ginger and put a pan with some oil on the fire

  2. Blend the masala ingredients

  3. Add a little water to help with the grinding

  4. You can begin sauteing the onions.
