Experience a burst of flavors with this teriyaki salmon burger! Grilled salmon patties are glazed with sweet teriyaki sauce and topped with a refreshing pineapple slice and crunchy slaw. It’s a deliciously unique twist on traditional burgers.

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
4 sesame burger buns
Sliced pineapple and coleslaw for topping

Procedure: In a food processor, blend salmon until finely chopped.
In a bowl, mix chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper until combined.
Form into four patties and grill or cook on a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve on sesame buns topped with grilled pineapple and coleslaw for a refreshing crunch.
