Classic Mushroom Swiss Burger

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 brioche burger buns
Lettuce and tomato for topping
Procedure:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
Season beef with salt and pepper, shape into four patties, and cook on a grill or skillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute to melt.
